Mr. Laugh at my Pain is out with another book, The Decision, here is 1 Key Takeaway.

Manage your circle, and develop a forcefield. If your aiming towards success you have to manage who is in your inner social circle and directly influences you. You know the old adage by Jim Rohn, you are the average of the five people you spend the most time with. Some people are fairweather friends and will only be around for the good times then drop you when things aren’t looking too hot. Its like the rapper NF said in his song Paid my Dues “People claim they’re in your corner but leave you in times of need”.

Hart reccomends to respect everyone on your way up to success so when you inevitably come down, they will be there for you. You may be killing the game.. on top of world but its likely an unexpected set back will punch you in the face.

Hart also reccomends to develop a forcefield. The “forcefield” blocks out the negative opinions of friends, family, and hecklers. Negative opinons often motivated by feelings of envy and jealousy. The key is is to put up the forcefield and become immune to “the noise” as David Goggins would say.
