It is men’s mental health month, a lot of men are struggling but there is a two step solution as per multi-millionaire, influencer, fitness expert Brandon Carter also known as King Keto.

Step 1.- Get into amazing shape. Brandon has Bipolar 2 and his father comitted suicide when Brandon was in his early twenties so Carter has dealt with mental health his whole life, Brandon was depressed and didn’t really care if he lived or died until he started working out. Exercise changes and increases feel good neuro chemicals. Fitness will help you hold yourself accountable, reach goals and increase self esteem.

Step 2. – Make a ton of money.

Carter firmly believes if he had enough money he could have worked something out and saved his dad. After his dad died he was able to help his family out as he bossed up and started earning more money. An abundance of money lowers the stress hormone cortisol and gives a sense of relaxation. You don’t need to journal or see a therapist, if you simply get in great shape and make a ton of money you should alleviate a lot of depression and anxiety.
